Assist and support the team in implementing the aims and objectives of the project;
The MIS Officer will:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)
Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
Maintain the reporting management system, ensure all kind of report records (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) are properly maintained and regularly updated
Preparation of PPT Presentations for Head Office and Donor Monitoring Teams
Manage the repair and maintenance of IT equipment’s.
Represent PADO field staff and closely work together with the donor.
He/She will maintain regular supply all required Stationary, reporting formats and IT equipment’s to the Field team.
Participate in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report.
Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and Software
Appropriate software/hardware support applicable to those needs.
Ensure the anti-virus software is always up to date and share
Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
Generate reports as requested by the Project Manager.
Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup & Restore Manual.
To assist programme in maintaining /updating the beneficiaries listing.
To assist programme in developing formats of project activities & reporting formats.
Archiving of all the project data in soft form.
Preparing the work plans on weekly, quarterly & monthly basis
Archiving the soft & hard record of activities related to project
Punching of data in excel sheets, gathered from field, on daily basis.
Performa other related duties as required during working hours.
Any other Task or Additional responsibility given by Project Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor degree (Bachelor in computer science or Equivalent)
Work experience requirements:
Two or more years’ experience responsible professional experience dealing in MIS and Database Management
Fully proficient computer skills including use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, internal databases, Internet etc.
Fluency in oral and written English with knowledge of the local working language of the duty station is essential.
